Always looking for a new approach, the Singapore Biennale has reached out to a large curatorial team. There will be 27 cooks in the kitchen from 9 different countries and their main focus will be Southeast Asian art. The Bras Basah-Bugis precinct will be the main focus of the Biennale.
So what will they do to the Merlion this time?
