Under the patronage of HSH Prince Albert II of Monaco, the auction will take place on September 22 in Monaco. The entire proceeds of this charity auction will be donated to support research on Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, a disease that afflicts children before the age of five or as early as infancy.
From 30 August to 17 September 2011, the Only Watch 2011 collection will be showcased in a world tour that will visit some of the world's luxury watch collecting capitals, including Bangkok, Singapore, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Tokyo, Los Angeles, New York, Milan and Geneva. The tour will close in Monaco, where the Only Watch Charity Auction 2011 will be held on 22 September 2011, with a two-day exhibition (21 & 22 Sep 2011) at the Monaco Yacht Show.
The Only Watch Charity Auction is jointly organised by the world's leading Superyacht show, the Monaco Association against Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and leading horological auction house Antiquorum.
