Come the first quarter of 2011, Hong Kong will finally get a Ritz-Carlton. The hotel will occupy the top 16 floors of the International Commerce Centre (ICC) in Kowloon, offering sweeping views of the city. Not for the vertigo-challenged, this will be the tallest hotel in the world, a title currently owned by the Park Hyatt Shanghai.
